Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Community Family Services (CFS) program to provide community members with a safe space to explore opportunities for treating substance use disorders in a culturally appropriate manner.

Services Provided

The Community Family Services department reaches and engages clients in the Puyallup Tribal community through outreach, screening, assessments, active follow-up of referrals and case management services to assist in removing barriers to wellness. In addition, CFS provides the following:


Eligibility Requirements

In order to receive services through the Community Family Services program, individuals must be age 12 and older and fall into one of the two following categories:

Priority 1
P1 members are eligible for ALL services provided by Community Family Services, with no location of residence restrictions.

Priority 2
P2 members are eligible ONLY for the following services:
