Working Remotely:

The Court is open and working remotely to provide services to the Tribal Community. The courthouse is closed to the public pursuant to Puyallup Tribal Council’s government building closure to help protect the Tribal Community against the spread of COVID-19. More information is available on the Tribe’s Coronavirus (COVID-19) page.


Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. AVAILABLE via phone for general questions, E-mail for filings, and appointments to pick up filing templates, pay fines, or file documents. The courthouse is otherwise CLOSED to the public during the COVID-19 pandemic.


Also closed on holidays and may also be closed for inclement weather and other administrative purposes as needed. Please See Calendar for more information on closures. The Court will make every effort to mitigate any delay caused by COVID-19 related procedures.

The Court is accepting documents with certificates of service via postal mail as usual, appointment, or email to: TribalCourtFilings@PuyallupTribe-nsn.gov. Please be advised that this email is temporarily available during this time to receive filings only. Any legal questions must be filed via Motion with accompanying certificate of service (if applicable). Court staff cannot provide any legal advice.
